課程概述

本課程提供修課學生熟習食品或健康食品功效性與安全性評估之法規與動物實驗之基礎知識、試驗設計及操作技術。
This course offers students to learn the law, basic knowledge, test design, practical skills in functional evaluation and safety assessment of food or health food.
 

課程目標
 本課程使學生瞭解動物福祉，並具有能力進行實驗動物操作及功效性與安全性評估試驗之試驗設計、分析、風險評估與報告呈現。
Students will realize animal welfare and be capable of operation on experimental animals and test design, analysis, risk assessment and report presentation on functional and safety evaluation test.
 
課程要求
 建議具備基本病生理學與毒理學知識為佳。
Basic knowledge on pathophysiology and toxicology is preferred.
